Default DSM Injectors.....I did a search couldnt find answer

So if I were to get the DSM Injectors, the 450cc's I would need to get a resistor box from a 4th gen civic or CRX right?? My ECU is a 94-95 GSR if that makes any difference. I know this topic has been beat to death...I did a search but I couldnt find an exact answer. And also, what kind of wiring expertise does this take to do? Does anyone have a diagram of how they did this?? I am having trouble figuring out my fuel system. I think it this injector thing isnt to hard i will just do the injectors, fmu, and aeromotive regulator....but we will see

Or should I just go for the preludeinjectors, pre 97 tht are 310.....that seems like it would be easier since dont they clip right in?

yes, you'll need a resistor box. any early honda with a resistor box will do.

Well, I can't find the link right now, but its actually easy. You'll need an old honda resistor box, i got mine new from Honda at $100 but you can find them used here or at thepartstrader.com for like $50. The other thing you're gonna need are RC injector clips, they cost about $40 for all four.

To wire them up, you find the yellow/blk stripe wire on each injector. The orientation of the RC clips is the same as stock, the "clip" faces up and the positive wire (yellow/blk stripe) is on the right, control (ground) is on the left. Your resistor box will have 4 black wires coming out of it and one red wire. You'll need to cut off your factory clips so you can wire in the new clips/resistor box. From the factory wiring, you'll take ALL FOUR yellow/blk striped wires and run them to the resistor box's red input wire. This way, the injectors get the same amount of current as before and you won't have to leave any wires "hanging." It involves more wire but mine turned out cleaner this way. Alternatively you can use your main power bus wire (consult a helm's) to "T" off into the red resistor box wire. The remaining black wires OUT of the resistor box go to the individual injector wires (the wires on the right of the RC clips). After those are wired, you need to wire the control wires into the remaining (left) wire on the RC clips, plug it in, tie it up, and check for leaks (assuming you already have the appropriate injectors installed). It took me about 2 hours start to finish but so far, so good. Always use solder if you can. Hope this helps, email me if it doesn't and I'll fish up svanhooks wiring diagram which makes everything perfectly clear. HTH, EV.

If you can get the Prelude injectors easily I would go that route. I had my factory 94 H22 injectors flowtested by RC, they came out flowing 340-345cc.

Oh yea, they'll drop right in. They also use the factory connectors.

You'll still need the resisitor box for 92-96 Prelude injectors. Only the 97+'s are Saturated.
