driving my jrsc on a turbo hondata tuned map...............help!
im going to finish installing my hondata this week on my b16a2 jrsc@9.5 psi. the hondata already has a dyno tuned map @ 12psi for a b16a2 with rc 550s (the same injectors as mine). i called mike at autowave and he said it should be fine to gramma drive it to his shop for dyno tuning. i forgot to tell him it was going to be a 80 mile drive.
should i take the chance or just get a new base map?

Re: driving my jrsc on a turbo hondata tuned map...............help! (yehiknowrite)
hmmmmmmmmm, dont know about the tow. i think id prefer to pay the cost to have the hondata system installed there than tow. id think it be cheaper than the tow too. what bugs me is that i can just do it myself for free.
another option would be to go get a jrsc base map for 550s and then drive it there, but, i think $70 for a basemap is a tad high.
another option would be to bring all my tools to autowave and rig up the stuff in their lot (if they are cool with it). id have the injector wires, resistor box, and all other wires blacked taped. just pull em off and solder on site. only hassling part i could see is the injector removal and install on site.
anyone wanna give me a free base map for my drive
