i have a drag gen 3 kit for a 94 gsr. I cant remember what the specifics are of the turbo that comes with it. I know its a t3/t4 but i cant remember ifs a t04b or t04e an i cant remember what the trim is and all that. can somebody refresh my memory thanks im trying to sell it to get a presecion...

its probably a t3/t04e. it should say the trim number on the compressor

it should have a number stamped on the compressor somewhere. (i.e.,.50,.54,.57)

in most cases if you compressor has 7 blades it is most likely a t04b, if it has 6 blades, it is a t04e.

majestic turbo told me that the number is stamped inside the exhaust housing on my trbo so id have to take it off my mani to see...i dont want to do that

if i remember correctly, the gsr kit comes with a t3/t4e 54 trim with a .63 exhuast

what does it say on the compressor side?

thats the thing it doesnt say anything, just has a symbol. ther is a flat spot that looks like where it should be writen but theres nothing there

If there is a flat spot it should have it stamped in there. Kinda weird that it doesn't

bump, i would like to know too, mine just has a T symbol and on the other side it just has a silver plate w nothing written on it

My GSR Drag 3 is a T3/T04E....
And like the rest, there is no stamp on the compressor housing, just the Turbonetics logo.

You need to have another groupbuy then you'll have more DRAG guys here. I got in the first one than came with the kit, clutch, gauges, boost controller, turbo timer, and Tial up grade for cheap.

If you measure the inlet size of the compressor housing at the inducer (close to the compressor blades). It will tell you the trim.

Guess what? A 54mm measurement = a .54 trim turbo.

my turbo that came with my drag kit is a T3/T4 E but mine doesnt have a T symbol on it for turbonetics like everyone else mine actually says GARRETT on it and the trim numbers. weird. my friend has a t3/t4 b and his had the T symbol on it.

thanks alot, ive been wanting to know that FOREVER, are you sure some of us dont have the to4B instead of the to4E? and how can you tell? for instance, my friend has a blue plate and i have a silver one.
