drag times w/ greddy kit.
Finally got my greddy on my 89 civic. I had to do lots of mods kit was made for 92-95 civic. With the boost set to 6psi I was able to sqeak out 14.7s. The 60' times were 2.0s. The mph was 90. I think maybe I can do better though. I actually got a 1.9 60' time. This all w/ m/t slicks. Comments and suggestions welcome.

Dude your on the right track and you are right about where u should be assuming you have no major fuel mods at all. The thing is u really don't go fast until u go 7psi and up thats when u start to haul ***, there is a night and day difference between 6psi and 7-8psi in any honda for some reason. You are doing better than I ever did with the 60 foots keep that up, your missing a few mph off your trap speed so check your fuel mixture while under boost make sure your supplying adequate fuel. About how heavy is your 89 civic? and what motor is it.

well at not even 4 psi on a 00 ex coupe w/automatic the best i pulled was a 15.63 at 89mph. It's set a 5psi, but i guess due to the heat, it just wasn't pushing it, because that night when it was cool again, it shot right up to 5psi with ease. Sounds like you'll be seeing 13's with no prob with the right amount of fuel and tuning. Good luck.

The car weighs in at about 2400 w/ me. It's an 89 civic h/b. I swap in a 93 d16z6. I've got a Holley intank 255iph w/ an fmu size 12 I believe. I need to get to a dyno to tune this thing any ideas.

Would the bottom end be ok on 7psi. It's all stock except a block guard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

as long as the motor you have isn't in rough shape, 7 psi is safe. With the right amount of fuel you can push 10 psi, i wouldn't recommend going more than 8psi, but it's been done. Now if in-line pro makes headgaskets for the sohc, we should beable to push upwards of 18psi on stock internals.
