Default Drag manifold.... Tial or internal wastegate?

Ok i got a killer deal on a new drag manifold. I have heard many horror stories with boost creep due to the positioning of the wastegate on the mani. I plan on only boosting 7psi with a goal of around 230-250whp. I will be running a 2.5 dp, 2.5 test pipe, to a 60mm exhaust (will go 2.5 later).

So will i be better off using my internal wastegate or going with a 38mm tial???

TIA

as long as your don't go 3inch exhaust you shouldn't have a problem at 7psi and making your hp goals 230-250hp... But peronally, when I went from DRAG to INLINEPRO I noticed such a "huge" difference I would never use a drag manifold again!

I had actually read your post from awhile back! So it starts spiking when you go with a 3" exhaust only right?

I dont plan on going above 7psi until i get a block built.

In my case... that's correct, I had the drag 2.5in dp-oem cat-60mm exhaust to 2.5in dp-2.5-3in test pipe-3inch thermal and all hell broke loose!
