Default drag III turbo kit for b16 wil it fit b18c1 in 92-95 civic ?

ok i bought a full drag III turbo kit for the 2000 si from a guy online and was planning on bolting it on my b16 in my 93 hatch. well i wrecked my car oulled the motor out and sold it and got a 98 b18c1 now. i am getting my new 93 hatch cx later this week and im going to drop teh b18c1 in it this weekend. will the drag kit still bolt on to the b18c1 or will i have major fitment problems because of the gsr intake manifold?? im mostly concerned about the intercooler piing and charge pipes. wil i have to get all new piping or can i just cut the exisiting piping or what can i do? thanx guys

The kit will still work w/ your B18c. You won't have to buy any new pipes. Your existing pipes will work fine. I kind of did the opposite of what you are doing. I had the stock GSR manifold and ended up buying a skunk2 instead(looks like the B16 and ITR). The throttle body on the skunk2 manifold sits higher and my pipes worked fine.

All b series parts are interchangeable. Dats why Honda grouped those engines together and put the B in there name

only issue you might have is the dp will be alot closer to the oil pan or hit it, i had the same kit on my b16 and i've used it on a b20, but the dp did hit the oil pan, and it's going on a gsr motor soon.........then the built b20/vtec, however both setups will have a new dp cause the old one is a little bent.....lol

yeah the only serious problem you probably will run into is the dp, just have it extended about 1/2 inch and you should be fine ( I had to do the same this weekend)
