Default Drag Gen II on stock D16Z6

I was considering the Drag Gen II over the greddy kit after reading up on it...but is there any welding involved or anything extreme when installing it. My friends a mechanic and he would help me but how long do you think it would take to install?? Also is it safe to use it on stock parts....my engine is completly stock internally so i wouldnt want anything to blow on stock boost. Thanks

What's up man . . .I have a d16 too. I'm running the greddy kit at 7psi daily on stock internals. . .as long as you stay under 10psi you should be fine on stock internals. As far as weldling . . .the only thing you should need to weld is the BOV. Extreme. . .depends what you consider extreme. . .you'll have to drop the oil pan to tap into it for the oil return line. . .and the back of the block for the oil send line. . .I forgot exactly how we did that one. . .other than that it's bolts and vaccum lines. Hope this helps.
