I'm not sure what turbo kit to get. The Drag 3 Turbo kits and Greddy turbo kits are non-ball bearing. And I saw at the track a car with the Over Rev turbo kit that comes with dual ball bearing. What are the advantages of ball bearing over non-ball bearing??

Ball bearing turbo will spool up slightly faster. I hear they last longer, but not sure. Its preference if you want to shell out extra $$$ for a BB turbo.

ball baering has a faster spool up but some suck in top end if you want fafast spool and good top end a hybred turbo like a t3-to4b or e depending on the motor i have a greddy turbo and i am going to get a t04b for my b16so it all depends on what u want to do with your car.

If you want power, dont go greddy.

Greddy makes a very nice kit don't get me wrong, but they just dont produce the power that Drag/Rev-hard/F-max kits put out. Custom is always the way to go, and I am sure the vast majority of members on the board will agree. You might want to try http://www.ks-motorsports.com for their turbo kits. If you need help piecing one together by going custom, let us know if you need anymore help.

By the way, i have never heard of over-rev. Do you mean rev-hard by any chance?
