Default drafting up new setup...will this reach my goals??

well...after a month i want more...i knew it would happen...lol
im looking to make around 450 to the wheels on race gas....300-350 for the street/daily driving

im thinking along the lines...

benson sleeved b18c1 block 83 mm bore
cp 9.1
pauter rods
micropolished type r crank
port and polsihed head
full crower valve train, ctr or itr cams
cometic headgasket

full race AC kit
gt2871

will this hold up? any suggestions? im looking for something reliable...i plan on getting a beater for getting around during the build and future anticipated downtime
thanks

you would be pushing that 2871R to the max. considering the most power we made outta mine is 401 whp at 20 psi. raising the boost only increase the midrange. of course i got the .63 A.R t3 drop in housing. prob a lil diffrent if i went with the .82

U might consider the GT30R... Although the gt28 is a nice turbo u would be pushing it to the max.

definently would go with the 82....would a straight t3/t4 be more effective?

my goal really is 350...but im not going ot build the block up just for 350
i really want 450!

hmm...gonna check on the gt30

dont want excessive spool

will the block internals and modifications be able to withstand the power output...and will it do it reliable? i dont think the bore is overly much...and ive heard great things about all the mentioned companies...will it hold?

It should hold just fine with the parts u listed and a good tune. Tuning is the key

My boy has an LS with pistons, rods, and a blockguard driving around on 13-15psi all the time for about close to a year it its holding up just fine. Tuned by Mase btw. And since u will have a sleeved motor it shouldnt be a problem at all holding up for a long while.
