Draft: The green monster is alive!!!! DYNO, Mod list, and highway run.
We'll after nearly four years, its finally done.
I just want to say thanks to everyone that has helped along the way; Geoff at full-race, the secret services crew (John, Matt, and Tony), stan for the lines, Jason for all the PWR stuff, Kteller for the exhaust system, and Ben at import parts (he retired his project and sold his 60-1 hifi to me), . Big thanks also goes out to Mase for helping with the race gas tune (that $hi+ is scary). I also want to thank all the people who CONTRIBUTE experience and worth while information.
To everyone out there building a turbo setup, take your time. Like I said, this took me nearly four years. I had no sponsers/discounts, just alot of determination. Read, research, and talk to people with similar setups before you ever start your project.
The setup
The head (B16A):
GSR cams
DPR designed head
P&P with port matching on the I&E
3 angle valve job
porcelin coated ITR intake valves
ferrea 1mm over stainless steel exhaust valves
Type R lost motion assemblies
DPR springs
JG edelbrock intake mani
STR TB (supposed to be 68, but I measured it to be 66)?
720cc injectors
GE fuel rail and sandwich
The block (B18A):
84.5 GE LS block
GSR girdle doweled and machined to fit LS bottom
Weisco pistons nine to one ish
Eagle rods
Honda bearings and HG
The tranny (hydro GSR):
GSR with quaife
ACT clutch
ACT flywheel
Turbo:
full race sums it up....manifold and 3" DP
PWR intercooler and radiator
60-1 hifi (stage 5 exhaust)
Tial 35mm wastegate (too small) 1.0 bar spring
HKS BOV
Dyno
The hifi turbo really came through. I think the head work helped out quite a bit as we'll. Several months ago mase tuned a .82AR 60-1 and it made nearly identical horse power. Needless to say, I'm happy.
Oh, by the way, check out the run in I had while driving near Gainesville Florida (highway run):

Holy hell! Set-up is top notch, I may have missed it but how much boost were you running on the dyno? and are you using Hondata?

Yeah, its running a hondata s200 with boost option and data logging.
On pump, its supposed to be running at 1.0 bar. However, we're having a small creep issuse. When I checked the peak hold following the race it went up to 1.3 bar.
On race gas, the car was turned up to 25lbs (which I'm scared of BTW). 540hp is pretty useless/dangerous on the street.

I wish I would have kept the stock cam gears (i.e. they remained untouched). On the head gasket, its an OEM LS headgasket modded by golden eagle and sprayed with copper seal.

Regarding the head and block mating together (former question), Contact Geoff at full race and get some LSVTEC dowels from them. You don't have to drill out the head to match the block. The Full-race dowels are built/machined to accept the LS block and VTEC head. A worth while investment.

Mase has a video of the race gas session. I think he mentioned that he'll post it up once he's through with his tuning vacation.

Before I head to the track, I need to talk to Gator and/or stan regarding some axles. I also need to get some drag radials and slicks.

On pump gas it's not so bad. I need to get a larger (44mm tial) wastegate so I can run lower boost. 15 pounds is pretty useless in first and second. I also need to get some drag radials.
Right now, the car is only good from a roll.
