All winter it's been down. 22 days and counting until I turbo again... this time with a REAL turbo, not SSAC crap.

I've had my teg down for 2 weeks now because of INSANLY high oil pressure even at idle... 70 psi at idle and about 95 psi at redline..... Still trying to pin point the problem

anyone on this board who's seen the evolution of my shitbox knows i miss my turbo honda at least 3 times a year lol. sad thing is... i just recently sold it ALL after cracking a sleeve in my last motor. EVERYTHING gone. i went from a blox/60-1/3" turboback setup on 95 ls with a gsr tranny and 3 puck clutch, now to a lowly stock 01 LS motor... stock header, dc sports catback, stock clutch. i haven't told anyone because i try to hide it but i feel depressed although driving the car is sooooo comfortable. if i had the $$$ i'd buy a beater and build that but it ain't happening anytime soon. so i'm suffering.

I brought mine out of storage in the beginning of April....it was 5 long months of no boost...I was getting to the point to where a stock 1.8t VW felt fast!
Now my car is back and I'm happy.

Last week, I did the unthinkable....I sold all the parts to my turbo setup. Finally got fed up with all the problems I had to deal with the past 2 years. The only thing I have left to show of my LS-t hatch is the car itself and photos. A cracked cylinder wall (#3), crank walked, scarred bearings, (3) damaged oil pumps, cracked piston, engine dropped (due to missing motor mount bolt) and (6) "roll-back" drop-offs finally pushed my very last button for me to call it QUITS. Honestly, I still want to have a turbocharged Honda, but damn...as of right now, I don't want one....considering all the **** I have endured. And now I have to resort to driving a stock SiR B16 in my hatch....for the time being. Two words ---> Time Out!! LOL

I miss my Turbo SOHC ZC. I sold it thinking I wouldn't miss the speed. I replaced it with a comfortable luxury ride........WHAT WAS i THINKING????? Well that has been 7 months. Time to start on a new project D. Turbo, sleeves, hondata the works. I'm shooting for 375whp this time. 238whp was nice but I want MORE!!! My name is Gary and yes I'm a Boost Junky!
