Default doing turbo install right now......NEEDS SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

where was the best spots for you to hook up the vaccum lines?

the bov, wastegate, boost gauge, and fmu all go to vaccum lines right?

If you feel secure doing so. You can tap the back of the intake manifold and add some fittings there from home-depot. A few people on the forum have done this and this way your bov, wastegate, ..etc get a direct vacuum line.

BOV and WG are hooked up directly to the brake booster line
Boost guage is hooked up to the FPR
There is the cruise control line, but make sure you hook it up before the check value.

they are all vacuum lines doesn really matter just TAP TAP TAP

the brake booster line is that big line next to the master cylinder right? i took off the hose and it was vaccum. so im guessing thats the right line. its a 99 b18b

Yeah, that's the one. It comes off of the back of the intake manifold and goes toward the master cylinder. What I did was tap my bov into this and then my boost guage into the fpr, this is on the right end of the fuel rail. And I connected my wastegate to the compressor side of the turbo. I did this because I'm running stock internals and doing this will allow the wastegate to open a little earlier and run less boost, due to the drop in pressure after an intercooler. Since this is my first turbo setup and I don't want to blow anything until I've experienced more I'm trying to boost conservatively. Hope that helps.

thanks for your help guys......im pretty much done. i just need to change out my oil pan gasket and some misc stuff. ill post pics when im done
