Does the TIAL 38mm fit on a 35mm flange??

Does the TIAL 38mm fit on a 35mm flange?? I hear TIAL discontinued the 35mm, but the 38mm can still fit on the 35mm flange. Is this true??

Yes, the flange size is the same, the only thing that is larger is the size of the diapghram.
