does it matter what pipe you use for your i.c.
like the title says, does the type of "pipe" you use for your intercooler piping, determine any type of performance downfall? for an example, i am looking at peiceing a kit together and the type of pipe im thinking about getting is ebay piping, since its so cheap in price, what do you think the reasoning of the "cheapness" is?

its cheap because it is thin aluminum piping..not thick like the good turbo kits you can buy. sometimes if you clamp the couplers on to hard it dents and kinks and etc.. i mean it will work for you if thats what you want. but making your own or buying a good kit would save you in the long run.

and half the time it dont fit the car right anyways. so you'll be buying more couplers. cutting and chopping everything apart to fit it.

go-autoworks makes a nice kit that isn't to expensive. if you look around at good companies they will all mostly be a direct fit
