Does Hondata 3b have an output for controlling something like H20 injection?
I know that Hondata offers Nitrus control but I was wondering if there was anyway to use my 3b to control my H2O injection?

See, that is what I was thinking. I mean, a switch is a switch. The one that came with my H20 injection is a boost activated switch. But to me it doesn't seem to be of very good quality. Does anyone know how the nitrous setups work with Hondata?

It can if its the same style switch that the nitrous dry kits use. You can control a boost controller, nitrous, water/alcohol injection or any other input/output situations with the nitrous control through Hondata.
