Does anyone know if MemoryFab carbon "whale pennis" intake will fit a JRSCed GSR?

I don't think anyone has one. I don't think you're going to get a lot of benefit over one intake or another if they are the same size, since the blower is going to screw the airflow anyway.

i just thoght the "whale pennis" will offer less restriction to the blower to suck air in since it is larger (diameter wise) than most intakes. i currently run a 3" pipe.

Ah, well if it is bigger than 3" at the inlet and outlet, then that might help. should get a bigger throttle body to match or you're going to choke the air going in.
but I don't think anyone knows whether or not it fits. you can buy it and find out.
