Its pretty tricky. I figured it out after about 5 hours of staring at the thing. I dont know if it should be spread around the board though, after all this is a way a few of our H-T friends make thir livelyhood. Just stare at the pic, you can figure it out.

Do you really think this would be an issue? Like some kid is going to see how to cut the pipes for the collector and not BUY a manifold but make one instead?!? In general I don't think any one would lose any manifold sales if 'the cat was let out of the bag'.
We probably shouldn't talk about how to do engine swaps because some people on HT make their living doing it, right
Your the grinch who stole the tech from honda-tech

Re: (Garrett)
Seriously.. you have a 2" opening at the bottom and full tubes at the top.. Take the with of the flange opening.. take the width of your two tubes.. find the difference and divide by two.. then that is the amount that needs to come off the end of each.. To get the angle you just figure where you want it to end and put a mark.. Say 4" up the 5" pipe. Mark it.. Then cut from point a to point b.. You then do it for the other side.
Does my explanation really help? Don't tell me you couldnt figure that much out on your own? Having a good band saw will make your life alot easier..

take your and put it somewhere else.
If you have been around this board for a while like some of us, you may fathom the amount of drama that this brings up. Its just a good idea to steer clear from it. Try not to get all but sore about what I said, im just drying to take the DRAMA OUT OF Drama-Tech.
Your collector looks good BTW, actually i miss read your post, i thought you were having issued with the collector, thats the hard part

Dude if you can't figure out how to make a freeking collector then you stand no chance of making the rest of the manifold. This is not that tough.
