Default daily use boosted for d-series

dear all

want to ask,
i have d16 vtec
if i want to put turbo kit on my d16 for daily use,
what kind recomended turbokit / hybrid for my d16.
the boost are sets on 0,5-1bar
what kind low comp piston that i can use i hear that vitara is it right?
do i have oversize linear block?

i hope i can get output 200-250hp on wheel for this setup.

A TD04H-15G or a GT2860RS could easily get you to 200WHP on a healthy engine, without having to open the block up. For Daily driving, I wouldn't run lowered compression - it'll only serve to kill your power out of boost, making a sluggish econobox even worse.

p2p0.org makes a custom length rod to run with vitara pistons to make up for slow spool time and I assume it would also make driveability out of boost more viable as well.

want to ask if i put GT2558R do i get the out put on 200-250,
do you have several option same as gt2558r with ball bearing.

^^200hp to the CRANK maybe, for the GT2554R (there's no GT2558R), and that's at MAXIMUM boost threshold of over 25psi of pressure or more (This is only 27lbs/min)..

You may want something else, there, sir.

you'd need at least a gt28 turbine side to make the power you want and that's only if you go gt series, don't even start with the other turbo options.
