Default d16z6 questions before I turbo it

To start I have read all the sticky's and know what components are necessary and I know that you can put a turbo on a stock d16z6. I have a stock d16z6 135000 on it only wanting to run about 7-10 psi and am looking to produce 200-225 hp just want a little more for the street not looking to take it to the track drift or street race just want a little more power.
I was thinking about getting arp head bolt new head gasket and replacing rings and bearings. So my question is do you think I need to put in low compression pistons in and at what point is it necessary to put new valves, stiffer springs, titanium retainers, bronze guides, etc. Do you think any changes are necessary to my head other than getting it reworked before I get a turbo. Or what would you do to this engine before putting a t3/t4 turbo on it. Any advise that cam be offered up would help me a lot.
Thank you.

On a (healthy) stock motor (with good compression numbers), leave the head and bottom end, buy some headstuds, put together a quality kit (piece it together, or if you don't know what you are doing, buy a quality kit), tune, call it a day.

Maybe start putting together a built block for when you want to up the boost.
