Re: d16z6 with garrett t3 .48-.67 (RACEPAK)
If your car is tuned well, around 200whp should be pretty safe. I have a t3 60 trim .60/.48 turbo and have been running 10psi (215whp) for about 9 months, sometimes I turn the boost up to 12psi (230whp) when racing. My car is still running great. I plan on getting a tial wastegate for next race season and running a solid 14-15psi at the track. Not sure how long will will last 10psi on the street and 15psi on the track, but I am going ot find out. I'm sure I will get quite q few runs out of it before a rod snaps.

What do you mean a little over, what did you dyno sheet say? Have you actually put your car on the dyno? You won't really know how much power your making until you do. I just kind of find it hard to believe since your running a 14b and FMU setup at 8psi. I also have no idea how you get your car to run right or at all with DSM 450cc injectors and nothing to control them.

I'm using 10ohm 10watt resistors for each injector and the last time I Dyno was at 5 psi and I was making 174hp.
Took me long as hell to make my car run fine. it was to rich at first and then too lean, but now perfect. AFR 12-13 all across the powerband.
And no CEL.

I know you have the resistors, you can't run the injectors with out them. What I mean is how are you controlling the injectors? You can't just throw the 450cc injectors in and use the stock ECU, it would be WAY too much fuel.

Mine made 200whp for over a year and some 20,000 miles. Then I melted a piston
Rebuilding it now.

not a day goes by that someone on this board quotes that stupid movie. i guess im that guy today .
in all seriousness, how did u melt the piston? were you just boosting for too long, or did you have a temporary lean condition?
