Default D16Z6 dyno results

The run was done @ 10psi but boost was creeping to 15psi by 7000rpm. That's why the TQ is so low. For the first time in my life, I had misfire problems, I don't why yet. I've boosted 25psi in the past without any problems.

I also had problems with my WG hoses unplugging themself. Boost cut is a very nice feature

Heat was terrible, 30C with like 100% humidity. And I know, VTEC doesn't engage at the right RPM

I noticed that my peak HP was done at 8000rpm, so I tried a pull up to 8500rpm. I just forgot that I had a 8000rpm pill on my MSD box So what you see on this chart aint the TQ falling @ 8000rpm, it's the rev limiter. After that, I decided to call it off and figure out my missfire problem.

More HP to come... Hopefully, more time will be spent on tuning than fighting problems

I'm actually now kind of curious as to what vtec point people are running. I've got mine currently at 4k since I'm at full spool right before it give or take.

Nice numbers do you have a built head since you're going to 8K?

Setup is on my website, just click on the link in my sig. Yeah, head is built. I'll try to switch to stock ignition since people tend to run into trouble with the MSD box. I never had a problem with it for the last 8 years or so. Maybe it's starting to break down as the missfire was inconsistent.

Nice setup.

I notice the 1.62 60' on you webpage. What slicks were you running?

Still running with the 20G. It still hasn't reach its efficiency zone. I did numerous 1.6x 60ft on 22x15x8. 24.5 would probably be best suited for my setup.

That's amazing. Do you have any other traction modifications? How are you launching?

5200rpm. And what's ironic is that I only did 1.78 on my best ET And ran out of gas too

Yeah but I also have a 3lbs spring, which I used for the tuning cuz I wanted to tune lower boost setting too.
