D16y8 - vafc - 7 psi -injector size???
i already searched for this answer but didnt find exactly what i wanted.
i will be boostin my d16y8 hopefully, soon just waiting for some silicone... any ways i have an AEM fuel regulator, walbro 255 pump, V-AFC 2 , and stock injectors.... can the stock injectors handle 7 psi or do i need to get new ones... if so what size? i have been puting this turbo together since march, now its ready to go on and im just worried about the injectors being able to handle the boost
also i have a tial 35/38 wastegate with .5 bar spring in it... how do i adjust the boost if i wanna go down or up

Re: D16y8 - vafc - 7 psi -injector size??? (Trailz-EX)
most people running the hack use 240s even if they dont have a turbo/FI. if you are using the hack, 255 pump, your injectors will probably be a weak point in your setup. the 240s are easier to tune with and overall much much safer than the stock ones

Ummm...yeah. You do know the stock injectors are "240s", right?
To the original poster...
...if your are trying to save money and are running the hack, continue the trend and run DSM 450cc/min injectors. They worked fine with my stock block Y7 @10psi.
