D16 Zex/Comp Cam springs?
I'm putting together my built d-series for boost, but it seems everything I got in a recent trade is worn out, broke, or not what it was supposed to be.
I have a d16z6 head that was supposed to have a zex cam and springs, but is there any way I can tell the difference between OEM and ZEX springs? What spring rate should they have, or at least what's the rate for stock springs? Also, what would the effect of using them with stock retainers be? (they apear stock)

Re: D16 Zex/Comp Cam springs? (HiProfile)
Not sure if this helps at all, but here is a pic I took of a stock D16 spring next to a Zex/Comp D16 spring. The one on the right is the Zex/Comp spring, notice the coils are much beefier.

Other than that, there are no visual differences.
