Re: D15B7 Turbo Line Vacumm Question
I bought one of these manual boost control and a diagram would be of much help on how to hook this thing up. It has a boost control and a check valve with arrows on them the arrows need to point towards the wastegate... so i have a 2 vac ports on the controller and 3 vac ports on the check valve (2 through and 1 on top) the pic is what i have.

Tee into the fpr line for the wastegate, and the bov should have its own port off the manifold. Like the cruise control nipple persay.

wastegate does not need and should not get vaccuum. he should use the compressor housing for the wg boost reference.
no offense but if you didn't buy that ebay crap you probably would have gotten a product with instructions from a copmpany with a website and telephone # you could use for tech support.
but since yours is just a knock-off of another company i've seen, ill assume you can follow their instructions http://www.turbosmartonline.com/inde...ownload&id=200

[QUOTE=dpetro1;45629308]
Thanks! i have it correctly installed. I have 2 ports on my wastegate and it said to use the top port on the wastegate for the boost controller. But that install there said i can run it into the side port and just still vent the top port. But i will leave it like it is for now and it should work.

Re: D15B7 Turbo Line Vacumm Question
Ok, finally i think i figured this out.
1.) Put the check valve in between the vac hose coming form the trubo hosing to the side wategate port.
2.) ran vac hose form top of check valve to the bottom port on the boost controller.
3.) ran a vac hose form the top port of the boost controller to the top port on the wastegate.
I think this is how it should be setup.
