Default d series turbo... z6 or y8 built head?

what head is better the y8 or the z6 for turbo? looking for 250+ with a z6 block eagle rods, vitara pistons, ect for the head i was thinking just springs and retainers then a bigger cam

If I remember correctly, the z6 head outflows the y8, but the y8 combustion chamber has a quench zone. I'm not sure that either of these factors will be that significant. I'd get the cheaper one.

y8 head, prevents detonation from modified combustion chambers. and they flow the same, whether people want to agree or not.

explain the prevents detonation from modified combustion chambers. I believe the y8 had offset ports to promote more swirl/turbulence.
