Default D-series turbo kit using HF manifold

Hey guys, just looking to see if someone could give me some helpful info about build a turbo kit using a HF manifold? Just some quick info on the engine and what will be the purpose of the car will be. It's a D16a6, with about 125,000 on it but I have done a compression test and replaced just about everything on so it runs strong (used in my DD). I want to keep it a pretty mild build, maybe 8 psi used for a DD with some track time (not to often). I was looking for some general info like can I keep a/c using the HF mani? what kind of bolt pattern do then have or what size turbo will bolt to them (t25,t28)? what size injectors should I use (dsm 450cc)? Just any good info or advice would really help.

Here is a site that make adapter plates for HF manifold to accept any turbo. http://www.bmcrace.com/index.php?cPath=60_62_71. DSM 450cc will be more than enough for your stock d16a6. For headgasket just keep it oem and oem axle are proven to handle over 400+ hp. You just need to know of the preload the clutch when you are launching.

Using an HF with AC will require an unusual adapter, one few make. If you search for my archived threads, you'll find pictures of my adapter, with is basicly an HF flange and a T3 flange welded to a 2.5" 45degree elbow. The turbo is slanted 15degrees, and I fit a 3" pie-cut DP onto an internal WG housing. The normal HF adapter would never allow for AC.

BTW all turbo cars are NA...until you get on them!
