Default Cutting away at grill---how to make it lookg clean?

Well, I decided that I want to cut the grill away so I can get more airflow to the intercooler and I'll probably paint the intercooler black. What would be a clean way of doing this? I posted this is EG+ forum a little while ago and didn't really get a good response.

cut it at an angle...that's what i did and my front end looks like an aftermarket piece. cut it from the inside of the bumper...with the blade parallel to the front of the bumper....damn this is too hard to explain....too tired....ok how about this...just cut it from the back vertically.

you'll be taking off most of it...right at the corners where it comes inward...i'd show you pix of mine if i had a digi cam.
