Way to Much, I got a real nice one on Ebay for 300 shipped, it's fucken huge and it's so nice
Just Check Ebay for Intercoolers, There are a few guys who make custom ones, and they are so nice and priced real cheap.
Also fuel pump- 150
http://www.groupbuyceneter.com u can get them 100 to 110 shipped there
save u a few bucks
Also u don't want to go with the vortech fmu-150 what a fucken waste, just get a SAFC or a VAFC and run the hack

Re: custom turbo kit pricing (blkvtec)
Well your prices are gonna vary depending on the quality of your products. Also i noticed soem of your prices are a little high(bov, Wastegate, Downpipe, fmu), but hey its always good to overestimate. shop around youll find good deals. You'll see that these days most people are piecing together kits as opposed to buying a complete kit.
Mu first kit was a revhard 2c, great starter kit, but now on my second try im going custom/simple setup. Good luck

manifold- 400
downpipe- 350
you could consider the ebay buy from SSAutoChrome: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...43240
just be sure to support the manifold because ppl say that it puts too much weight on itself supporting a turbo and the downpipe
also the bid starts at 225, and i've only seen it go as high as 330
find a welder and get him too look at it, perhaps if its gonna crack somewhere it can be supported very well before you even put it on
me personally I like that manifold, all I have seen is pics and heard ppls input on it tho, either way dont get a kit... thats my opinion

Well here's my insanely priced set up:
T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo, Tial BOV & Wastegate, Spearco (insanely huge) intercooler, custom piping, Hondata S100, RC Engineering injectors, AVCR, ACT Clutch, resurfaced flywheel....blah blah blah. I won't even say how much it came too.

Re: custom turbo kit pricing (cathsgsr)
This is what I have so far:
T3/T04E
DropShop mani.
TiAL w/g
GReddy bov
Starion FMIC
APEXi boost guage
Oil feed/return setup
Partial i/c piping and charge pipe
DP flange
So far I have spent $1421.00
*Some of my fittings for my oil feed/return setup and the charge pipe w/bov flange were obtained through trading.
I still need:
Flex section
Fabrication for DP, dumptube, and i/c end tanks
Fuel management
(3) 90-degree bends
Couplings/clamps
So I figure I will be rockin my custom kit at less than $2k

Re: custom turbo kit pricing (blkvtec)
I pieced mine together with the Manifold, Turbo, Wastegate, and BOV being brand new, all other components were used with the exception of piping and downpipe, and I was able to do it for just under two grand..
