crx supercharger is squeaking jacksonracing
i jus finish superchargering my d16a6 .. it run fine but the only thing is that it squeak really loud.. could it be my alternator belt is worn out? any info would be great.. the supercharger is set at 6 psi but i am only getting 4 psi..

how do you check your timing.. i install the timing belt myself and well i dont knoe if i did it right.. the car runs fine .. i just a one ecu code number 1.. o2 sensor. can i use a timing gun to shoot it? if so how? the car idle at 500.. is it suppose to be that low..?

Hes right it happend to mine all the time. It would just work loose so check your alt and charger belts man.

Your car is never going to run very well with an fmu, if you want it to run really good, everybody will recommend you get a more proficient method of fuel/engine management, such as crome etc.

crome or uber definately a much better improvement over any FMU. and then, a turbo, once again '' '' '' heh.
but as stated i think you just need to retighten the belt, and search for posts / pics on how to hook up an fmu i'm sure its on here. good luck

You have a new belt, new belts stretch quickly. When the belt is loose, it will squeal and it will also slip, causing your lower boost issues. Tighten it until it does not squeal any longer.
Try messing a bit with fuel pressure and idle screw. If your FMU is hooked up incorrectly running rich will cause the low idle. Make sure to hook up the stock FMU with a vacuum source from the JR manifold, otherwise you will run rich under idle and cruising. Or just get rid of the damn thing and run crome.
