Timing belt is unaffected by supercharger install. Try tightening the charger belt.

Your car is never going to run very well with an fmu, if you want it to run really good, everybody will recommend you get a more proficient method of fuel/engine management, such as crome etc.

crome or uber definately a much better improvement over any FMU. and then, a turbo, once again '' '' '' heh.

but as stated i think you just need to retighten the belt, and search for posts / pics on how to hook up an fmu i'm sure its on here. good luck

You have a new belt, new belts stretch quickly. When the belt is loose, it will squeal and it will also slip, causing your lower boost issues. Tighten it until it does not squeal any longer.

Try messing a bit with fuel pressure and idle screw. If your FMU is hooked up incorrectly running rich will cause the low idle. Make sure to hook up the stock FMU with a vacuum source from the JR manifold, otherwise you will run rich under idle and cruising. Or just get rid of the damn thing and run crome.
