Default Crower Steel Billet Rods

Anyone using these? Any insight on these rods? Looking at possibly getting a set just looking for some opinions on them.

If you are refering to the expensive Billet Rods they are great, I am on the same set now for 7 years and they have been installed on 3 sets of pistons now and they are going back in my new shortblock

Even the econo-billets are rated @ 650 hp by Crower. I'm using a set on an H22 making 530whp. was @ 460whp for a couple of years.

I am referring to the $700-800 billet steel rods. Are they the ones everyone is glorifying? What are they rates to power wise?

Thats what I am talking about, I would think with the correct bolts they can hold w/e you can throw at them 900+hp

My rods were seeing 9800rpm with the same origional Crower Bolts that came with the rods.

Thank you very much for the insight. What are you running for pistons in your set up?
