Default Crower Camshafts Turbo or N/A ?

Right now i'm building a all motor car because i can't afford a turbo system but I want to keep my options open and be able to switch to a turbo. I wanted to know if a stage 1 crower camshaft would be able to improve hp on a n/a car and still be good enough if i get a turbo. I don't want to change my camshaft twice.

Crower cams are the biggest pieces of **** ever made ever...My boys fully built all motor type-R had crower 3's in it and only made 190 whp, then he switched to Toda C's and jumped to 215 whp....CROWER =

Edit: I know that didnt answer your question but just dont get crower cams...
