Default Cracked SOHC Greddy Manifold....Please look!

So I bought this manifold a few days ago.

I get to looking at it today and I notice this huge crack...or what looks to be a crack.

If it's not a crack it's some kind of major casting flaw. There's no visible signs of cracking on the outside of the manifold; I'm afraid of these cracks spreading or spidering.

You can clearly see it in the 1st pic, and in the second pic I drew red lines to indicate where there are two other cracks inside the runners that go all but about 1" away from the head flange. I couldn't take a picture because I couldn't get enough light in there for my camera to pick it up.

Is this normal? Is this thing useable? Do I need to look into getting a refund ASAP?

Bad casting, or it saw some mean amounts of heat. Its not normal for a quality cast manifold to crack.

Find someone to weld around the crack if you can, not many people like to weld cast do to the difficulty, you could always just buy a new cast manifold, you can get them for about $150-200 pretty easily.

cast manifold usually crack from heat and as said before poor casts. Ask any dsm owner about manifolds and even turbo exhaust housings ... they are nightmares on those cars. But you should be alright just get the external cracks welded over .. the weld wont stick forever but will last a while. Cast is not a very pure metal being the reason weld is a pain to get to last.

It's probably more trouble than it's worth to get this all welded up.

All the cracks are on the inside and the seller claimed the manifold to have no cracks whatsoever.
