Default Couple of q's for those who make their own manifolds...

I have searched and haven't found much info. I'm looking to make a topmount manifold for my 2.0 L lsvtec setup (and hopefully keep power steering). I am trying to find out the proper size tubing, and thickness tubing. I will be using stainless, and from what I have read, it seems 1.75" runners would be about right. As far as thickness goes, i'm not really sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated
