I hear its prefect for running low boost, and its safe...

no such thing as a perfect or safe turbo kit.. unless you drop 10k on a fully built motor with a good fuel setup and a standalone. Otherwise drag/fmax/apexi/revhard are all the same crap with a few varitations

and that still wont be reliable... when u channge out parts to "build" ur motor it makes it able to run more power out of it... at low boost levels it will be fine... but performance and reliability dont really go hand in hand

12's can be obtained from a simple turbo kit. Friend of mines went 12.80 with just a rev hard kit on a stock gsr w/slicks offcourse, running ~8 lbs. But then again, I think it was his glory run, He ran it once and never ran that time again. If you want consistant 12's and have your engine somewhat realible your going to need more then just a bolt on turbo kit.
