not possible to pass with mine (drag piping).. they just took one quick look at mine and said no..
it was a ghetto place too..
I had to take everything off and put my car back to stock..

you can't....only if you have a stock equipped vehicle from the factory....i don't understand it at all....lancers, saabs, dodge neon, wrx, supra, dsm's come with intercoolers and bov's.......if you run a conservative tune with a closed loop setup would it not be exactly the same? i hate living here.....

Re: (bigwig)
You can actually keep any exhaust, it doesn't affect the emissions. I just had to smog a friends crx with a greddy kit...and the smog place said that the kit is only for the 92-95 civics (smart!) and said just take it off and bring it back. We tore the **** off, set the timing and everything back to stock, and brought it there with a plugged oil feed line and 3" exhaust and it passed visual and the sniffer. Slapped the turbo back on the next day. Not too bad.

just sucks having to take a part the whole setup...especially if your setup is difficult to get in/out...im gonna have to deal w/ it next november if i ever find a ******* turbo to start my project!
