Could this be anything but headgasket??
I've been loosing coolant, but I've also have a small leak in my rad for a while. This gunky **** has just started to show up the last week. I'm guessing this is oil getting into the coolant? My oil seems fine though. When I rebuilt the engine I did a bad job on the surfaces (they're all cut and knicked up) and re-used the stock head bolts 
I have a set of arp's on the way, I just want to confirm with everyone.

It could be cracked cylinders and a blown head gasket, something that requires to tear down your block and inspect everything. Definitly not right. Do a leak down test.

Would cracked cylinders show up on a compression test? I doubt it's that, this engine has barely seen boost...but it is a possibility.
