Default coolant bubbling out reserve tank but not overheating?

I am posting this for a friend. After driving for a little and getting the temps up he always bubbles coolant out the reservoir pretty bad. He has replaced the head gasket and thermostat but he is not overheating. He put in arp studs but didn't re-torque them or i told him he needs to get a better radiator. What do you guys think?

sounds like he didnt bleed the coolant properly after installing the HG and studs.....

get him to bleed all the air out of the engine and make sure the cooling fans are working.

How does the cap look? Boiling coolant is a sign of a pressure loss somewhere in the system.

As long as it is 1.1 bar or more and functional, you should be fine. It wouldn't hurt to try a known good cap and see if the problem goes away.
