well i might not drop this sleeved motor into the gsr after all. i might get some pos and drop it in instead...considering what kinda cars are the best candidates, im lost . i wanted to get a crx but i hear the obd0-obd1 conversion is a real pain as well as mounts and other details, will the motor even fit under the hood? its a sleeved gsr block and a first gen head. next option would be a 92-95 hb i suppose. from what i heard it s a straight drop and no mounts are needed.... any suggestions? im tryna get a car that will be mainly a track car but see the streets sometimes, so i want to keep the stock fuel tank. the interiors gonna be stripped regardless. if anyones got some suggestions please reply or if ya see any cars for sale even better. im also considering selling my 99gsr w/ 13k on the car and motor ...its stock except a comptech exhaust and eibach springs w/ slips n brand new tires...lookn for 17 but that s prolly not gonna happen.

you are DEFINATLY gonna get close to 17g's for the car. Those gsr's sell like crazy in the philadelphia area. For example my friends 2000 GSR with 18K got 16 g's from the deal with it when he traded it in for a new wrx.

Sell your gsr, get two new cars. A ek hatch and a eg hatch...yum. All motor the ek and boost the eg. With 17g's..its very possible since you already have the one engine and everything.
