It seals your rings or something to that effect which means his rings are slowly wearing out. What was your compression before the turbo?

Hmm I dunno. You sure you did the test right? Your numbers should be much higher.
I think the D series motor is like 9.1:1 or higher, so you should be getting in the 180ish range or higher for your mileage.

do not put too much stock in the numbers themselves it does not mean that much. If your car is not burning oil and the power is there i would not worry about it too much.

according to helms between 135 and 180 is considered normal....so I guess everything checks out

If the compression climbs that much when adding oil, the rings are worn...
If the rings are THAT worn, you're probably running too much timing. Detonation has a cumulative effect on the engine and makes it wear extremely fast.
