Wondering if any of you have tested this combo back to back. Here are my results on a 1.3 liter turbocharged hayabusa engine.

innovative gt61(t61 compressor,60-1 cover, t3, stg V, .63 a.r.)
garrett gt35r( .70 compressor cover, .82 a.r.)

spool up was about the same, (this is basing a pull from 3k to 11,500 rpm)
I think the edge went to the gt35r even though it has a lower backpressure that the other combo.

As far as power...hands down the innovative unit made more.

Intake temps were with 3 degrees of each other at the same boost levels.

Backpressure at 30 psi on the gt35r was about 28 psi

backpressure on the innovative unit was 30 psi.

Now for the fun part.....the gt35r gets its butt handed to it badly after 30 psi.

Its out of compressor as back pressure is still just reaching 1:1.

The 35r is just plain out of life at 34-35 psi as the 61 is still huffing what it has left at 40 psi.

Anybody else.....hmmmmmmm wonder who can put a t61 compressor wheel in a gt35r turbo for me?
