College guys GSR turbo build.
Right before entering college and have pieced everything together over the summer.
I have EVERYTHING and it should go on next week when me and my buddy Scooter get my car on the lift.
Turbo kit.
Garrett T3/T04E 57 Trim, .63 A/R Turbo
Spoolin Log Mani
Slim Fan
Spoolin 2.5" 4 bolt downpipe
Tial 38mm wastegate
Greddy Type-S BOV
Blox 12:1 FMU
Walbro 255HP Fuel Pump
DMS 2.25" Intercooler piping
TurboXS Silicone couplers
T-Bolts
Flowtech 2.5" to 3" Flange ( I have an extra one for sale )
Tuner Toyz Oil line kit
AutoMeter Cobalt Series Boost/Vacuum Gauge
Mishimoto Intercooler
Here's where I ended up sticking mine. I stuck a piece of dynamat on the back of it to prevent vibrations. I just hope the lines will reach, if not then I have a lot of extra fuel line laying around.
A better shot of where it is at.
And the wonderful Fast-Turbo Vacuum Manifold.
Rest of kit goes on Next week then Tune time in 1 month.
Low-Baller Boost gauge, I wish I had Defi.
One day, not to sure when.
ARP HeadStuds
Cometic Head gasket
ARP Rod bolts
Eagle Rods
ACL Bearings
and some good pistons for 7-10 psi of boost
Samco Hoses
Mishimoto Radiator
Get rid of big bulky stock Fuel Filter and switch to a inline setup
I'm sure I've left something out....

Popped my stock replacement rad today around the bottom. Would have noticed doing 70 down the highway but I glanced at the Water Temperature Gauge and it was at 260! Pulled over and steam was everywhere with bubbly coolant. I am not sure whether I should get a half size Rad or a full size. I'm looking at a Full Size mishimoto radiator.

Id get a half size, that way if you want to change your manifold/turbo setup to something more aggressive like a top mount setup then you will have the extra room to accomodate it.

Dammit, I got my oil lines in today and they don't fit. Way to big. Anyone ran into this problem before. I have the small flanges and this kit came with the big flanges.
Anyone wanna buy a Tuner Toys T3/T4 oil line kit for $75 shipped?

Which line is too big? The return or the feed line? If it's the stainless return line, you can cut it down to size. Just wrap the stainless mesh tightly with some electrical tape and go at it with a Dremel cut off wheel. Good luck gettin this thing put together!

So, you can still contact them for the flange.
Looks like you're wanting to spend a lot of money on useless stuff. Hope it works well for you.

If I could find a hardware store that sold turbo oil drain flanges I would do it. Also the lines themsleves are larger in diameter than the holes on the turbo.
Snafubmx234 - What useless stuff?

Uh, hardware stores do sell them... they're just not called "turbo oil drain flange" and jacked up $20.
