just get: boost gauge, boost controller, hondata + injectors + fpr + fuel pump (ecu & obd2-obd1 harness if you have obd2 ecu) and oil pressure gauge / egt gauge / turbo timer if you have the cash

yeah hondata can only modify obd1 ecu's not obd2, which you have. i didn't see you have an intercooler in your setup you bought so you'll probably want one. you can get away without using a boost controller by buying a different wastegate spring for your wastegate that's around 8psi.

if you dont decide to go with Hondata, you can always use the basic turbo kit fuel management setup. Vortech FMU and inline fuel pump. dont forget the Missing Link check valve for your map sensor. i got the fmu, fuel pump, and check valve for sale. just hit me up. peace.

Check my website below. Under Randy's parts you will see all you need to run around 7psi.
I have a vortech FMU with 12:1 and 10:1 discs to sell. E-mail me.
I can help you with oil lines and install headaches, just drop me an e-mail.
Thanks,
Randy

http://www.Homemadeturbo.com probably the best place to start, it helped me alot, i built a fully custom kit with the help of my friends that looks, performs, and runs better then any other prefab **** kit out there. i am making 189.7fwhp on 9lb of boost untuned!! on a D16y8

alright dude..By the book maximum boost, then when u r done reading it come back here.. Basically your gonna need a fuel system and in intercooler, a clutch and some gauges..
For cheap you could probably get an FMU and inline fuel pump..not the best set up but it works.. Not saying it works good, but it works.. Or you can go with something like hondata that they have described above..
youll need some gauges.. IMO u dont need anything more then boost and a/f.. OR EGT.. If u r on a budget id say just get the autometer they are easily affordable..
youll probably want a boost controller.. best way to do that for cheap is a turbo XS mbc.. I have one i like it..
intercooler/piping and clutch, those will probably cost u some loot..
im assuming u already have an exhaust, you can get an intake fabricated, youll need oil feed/oil return lines..
honestly, read the book and do some searching on the site.. dont rush into it..

Man make the intercooler pipe your self!!! why pay 300 for pipe that cost $60 i orderd all the pipe needed to make an intercooler chopped it up and fit piece's together then went back and had a friend weld them. all for a lousy $46 and thats includuing the custom DP i made. 3" DP by the way
