Default colder spark plugs for turbo honda? d16? denso iridium?

Are denso iridium spark plugs colder? and if so does that make them ideal for turbo cars that were originally N/A?
I have a d16a9 (ZC) engine turboed and am wanting to swap the plugs. Also what results have other people found with these plugs? do they do what they say on the tin?
Thanks in advance

Use regular NGK plugs at least 1 step colder. Depends on what power you are running. This may also help.
