Re: (RiceRocket12s)
No numbers yet, he will have it all done soon though. Then it goes to dyno tune the AEM EMS at Payne. Low boost on this one, cant wait to see it in action.

Re: Cody (slow poke)
The picture with the helmet and torch is just for fun, that is a manifold from the 38mm and mini-me group buy. Intercooler was bought from another h-t sponsor in the f-i section. Battery will be moved forward, fuse will go were battery was. That is about all i know of this kit, you will have to ask Cody any other questions.

Re: Cody (LoveFabMotorsports)
Man, wtf!? I cant keep anything a secret around here
Specs on this exact setup:
Garrett GT30/71R turbo;
TiAL 44mm wastegate, 50mm BOV;
Mini-me S2k manifold;
3"Dp, exhaust;
22X9X3 FMIC, 2.5" AL piping;
AEM EMS;
750cc injectors, walbro pump;
Fast-turbo oil/coolant lines;
Um...I think thats all the pertinant info.
Have to finish the drivers side IC piping and waiting for the rest of the oil lines, then shes ready to burn up the stock clutch; er...tune.
Anyway,
Ive done some studying and there seems to be a lack of GOOD turbo kits on the market at the moment.
So I decided to jump in and try and solve that.
With this manifold/kit, the stock oil filter location is easily retainable(and actually functional, ie, can remove/replace filter).
A 3" downpipe fits with ease, along with a plethora of turbos(the kit will use only GT series turbos).
Management will be included with the final price(shooting for same price as other S2k kits, but superior management, manifold/DP), but obviously can be had w/out management for lower price.
Performance-wise, this setup(with larger FMIC) should be able to efficiently max-out any turbo out there that anyone would dare to install on this motor(this will be put to the test this race season, stay tuned ).
Naturally there will be an update post when everything is complete, along with numbers and snowy BOV-chirping filled donuts. Back to work....

Re: Cody (boostedej1)
wow looks sweet! I like how you can keep the oil filter there with no problem. That's a few less oil leaks to worry about.
You should pick up one of those small hawker batteries. It's so freakin tiny I can fit it on my setup no problems. I dont know about cold starts in the Michigan winters though...
nice job as always
