code 21 pops up when i hit vtec in boost? any ideas cause its leaning me out bad!
hey guys i have a boosted sohc vtec tuned with crome! well code 21 pops up everytime i hit vtec and it cuts my fuel out really lean and wont let me car run intill i shut it off and turn it back on. i put a new solenoid on and still the same thing does anyone have idea? i really need help cause no vtec= no boost 
anyways i have a 93 si hatch so it was already wired for vtec if anyone has any ideas even if there dumb plz let me know thanks

You might try looking into a possible problem with oil pressure under boost/high rpm. Low oil pressure can cause vtech problems.

well it clicks on rigth as vtec should hit so somethign is triggering it im gonna get an oil presure gauge asap

its a p06 converted to a p28 its never had problems just till a few days ago...

Well...its either a wiring issue underhood with your VTEC solenoid or the SK5151 switch inside the ECU that activates VTEC has gone bad (my guess).

i checked all my wires today and even ran new ones and same old ****! its werid caues the code pops off and wont turn on at idle but if u check it anways the code still shows then u take off the jumper and no check engine light hmmmm! im trying a new ecu in about 20 mins and will post up what happens
