I have a ACT Clutch in my car too......but if you are boosted may I suggest getting a 6puck HD. If you plan on ever turning up the boost then you don't have to worry about the clutch slipping. Also if you break in the 6 puck like a regular clutch then you won't have any problems with it being a daily driver. I drive mine to work everyday in rushour traffic.

Your best bet is to go with the XTSS..With a 6 puck you're going to end up frying that tranny...The XTSS is good for daily driving unless your a wimp..

I have a XTSS and it is not a problem daily driving on it. Multi-hour trips are kinda of a pain, but I've always had a bad knee anyway.

XTSS is the way to go , im on my 3rd season with mine . and holds great .
6puck and 4 pucks are no good for the street from my exp , ours fried pretty quick from daily driving .
if anyone needs procing on ACT . I can usually beat anyones prices on thme .

i have a six puck on my boosted eg and i drive it everyday to school in bumper to bumper traffic. after a while you adapt to it. with the puck set up it grabs super hard at times you don't expect it to. i think it depends on your type of driving tech. the hd will feel much more like a stock clutch when compared to a puck.

I'm lazy, HD/SS for me. Holds my turbo B20 at 260 hp 225 ft lbs without a problem. But i had an ST pressure plate before and drove around with it for over a year and its not really that stiff. You get used to it.

I am pretty much 100% sure this is why my input shaft bearing went out on me. I had some pretty hard launches at the track on my Exedy pressure plate, and Action 6 puck disc, and about 2 weeks later...I got the bearing "wobble".

XTSS I've had this clutch for over a year now. I am currently boostless but will be soon. Daily driving is great, grabs hard when you want it to yet, managable for daily driving. The pedal feel is noticiably firmer over stock. I highly recommend XTSS for the long run in case you decide to pump out more power.

I went w/ the HD/SS and its held up for well over a year of racing pretty much daily and about 50 track passes @ 200-275whp. I Would get the X/SS, its better then what I got and like felix said, unless ur a wimp its perfect peddle pressure.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with the xtreme pressure plate. I love mine. Hit the wieght room adam and go ahead and throw in the x/ss setup.
