what is the final drive of that transmission because im not familiar with it? maybe some traction bars will help along with a nice suspension setup. and what RPM are you launching at?

You need to get a set of 24.5 inch slicks. You will be very happy

wow i ran 10.9 @ 127mph. and the pass left a lot to be desired...

you got the MPH you just need better tires for the application, or maybe better driving???

do you have any video of a pass you have made?

get some slicks from across the pond and good luck.

With a set of slicks and a little seat time, you'll be cutting 1.7 60s every pass.

I have never seen a track in europe as good as a track in the states especially in Germany. They are not prepped. Either concrete or regular tar with nothing down to help traction. My best was 12.6@122 on 24.5 inch slicks. My buddy ran 11.9@125 on 24.5 inch slicks. FWD gets no love in the European drag scene because of the poorly setup tracks.

For the original poster, there are companies that will ship to Europe. You just have to research. I think I got my slicks shipped to Germany from a company on Honda-tech. but that was awhile ago. The Netherlands also has a big Honda following with several tuning shops.

hey Kiel, I think slicks for us is a no no due to regs etc...

My best is 1.9 60ft and people in america seen to struggle on road tyres too, i dont think we are far off. I think main problem is we have been running on such hot days, Heat soak kills the way my car pulls. Marc

cheers marc it has been hot!
i want to try some slicks just to see waht i can get!
iam looking in to getting some tires now
but iam running 15inch wheels and cant go no smaller cause of my brakes!
now when you say 24.5/9/13
does the 13 mean rim size?
also what would be the best tires to get for 15inch wheels?
thanks kiel

Why not take the brakes off then and stick with the stock set-up for the track? 13 diameter 9 inch wide and overall diameter of tyre is 24.5 you think its hot over here imagine what its like over there

yes 13 would be the rim diameter. since you are sticking with the 15"...M&H makes a 24.5/8.5/15 or MT makes a 24.5/8/15. What wheels are you using now? What width and offset?

Like everyone is saying, run some slicks. A traction bar along with extended ball joints will help. Is your clutch and tranny adequate for running 10's? What I'm trying to get at, are your shifts on point or do you need to upgrade any parts to help?

For example:
