i had the same problem with the same setup. here's what i did.

clock the turbo so that the compressor outlet points up towards the front of the car. then get a 180 degree pipe, cut the pipe in half and use one 90 dgree on the turbo part and the othe half to the hole where the windsheid washer bottle use to be. i see that you still got ac so that might not work, just a suggestion though.

Did any of yall have to cut the hole out so the piping would go into the bumper area. The pipe from the throttle body to the cooler? Looks like I will be hacking stuff up

I looked at the first pic and it CLOSELY resembles what my SOHC looks like as far as TB to IC piping. I didnt have to do any cutting to get the piping in. 2000 coupe

REALLY???

What size piping is it. my hole where the intake resonator was still leaves me at least an 1 1/2" - 2" to work with as far as piping diameter.

Wow, I've never seen so many turbo H22 civics in one place. Here's how I routed mine:

Compressor outlet points down towards the ground. I have a 90 degree silicone elbow and a u-shaped pipe that comes around into the intercooler.

It comes out of the intercooler and through the hole in the fender to the TB. FYI, 96-00 hatchbacks did not have this hole. I had the body shop use a coupe inner fender after some guy ran a red and hit me.

with the bumper support cover 1/3 of the intercooler, does that cause it to not work to its full potential?

It's not chromed, just polished aluminum. I made it myself. Thanks for the compliment.
