Chipped p28 or p72 w/ greddy kit??

I got a 99 integra gsr w/ the greddy bolt on turbo kit and im either going to use a chipped p28 or a chipped p72. I searched and people on here said that the p28 can't control the secondary butterflies very good. Which is the best way to go? thanks

The P28 can control the secondary butterflies if modded to do so.
