well air is going to move through it all the same....it isn't going to round the corner as well, but since the XS Power and other Ebay intercoolers are known for flowing faster and cooling less than a Precision or Garrett Core, you may have just brought it up to par. Since the air is going to slow down (barely i'm sure) it should cool more thoroughly...not to mention, when you reduce piping, you're spool time should increase.

Its a compromise.

More pressure drop as your changing the airs direction.

Better distribution of air accross the core.

i know...we all get tired of idiots and people who start drama for no reason. In the Integra forum, this guy St. Jimmy started arguing w/ me after saying it was impossible to make 300+ whp on a stock GSR. I showed my graph and disproved it...he then went on to say that "turbos aren't stock"....i didnt even know what to say...like wtf?

sadly i could read what he was saying....not really a great thing in that instance. Feel free to chime in if you want to point out just how f**king dumb it really is...lol

back on topic, that IC looks nice...toss a tial 50mm on one of the end tanks and you'll have a low dollar kick-*** setup

either will work fine, but if you put it on the cold side the air will be flowing at it so when it opens it should have an easier time escaping.

well i am going to run a aluminum half core so i have to make new mounting spots anyway so i am just going to be sure i have enough room on both sides....
essentually i will have both my radiator and my ic centered on the front of the car ... hopefully we will see.

Looks good, but that's a lot of work to make an ebay core something it's not going to be.
